| Personnel very helpful with luggage; booking onward accommodation; ordering taxis; exchanging room for a larger one. Marvellous location for sight seeing; shopping; restaurants.... Breakfast in room not reliable re time requested. Warning needed re steep stairs and no lift re luggage and elderly and disabled clients. Afternoon tea provided on request. |

| Rooms are very sweet, although the bathroom in the one we had was tiny, but still very charming. Breakfast in your room every morning was also very good, service was very efficient too. Location, in Siena, is almost ideal. Very close to the famous Piazza del Campo without being too close either, close to some nice restaurants (cheap), the only drawback might be that it's right at the top of the town, so getting there with luggage is a bit of a chore... |
