| The hotel staff couldn't have helped more but the room was small, hot and very noisy from road below. The rooms were clean but the cleaner herself made noise to rival the buses and mopeds on the other side. Its position is very good, probably its best selling point but for this money we stayed in far nicer places in Rome and Florence. |

| The hotel is very close to the center and that is fine but unfortunately the room was dirty and you could see lots of hairs on the linens. The bathroom seemed ok. |
