The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

The hotelrooms were clean and sufficientl and staff is friendly and helpfull. However it was quite noisy.
This hotel could be so much nicer if they had taken more interest in the decorations, as it is a lovely building. But due to bad lighting and bad interior design it lacks atmosphere

Too far from the city center. Rooms need some renovation and were not correctly cleaned. Breakfast was boring.
But the good thing was that the hotel is quite cheap and atmosphere was peaceful and friendly.

Otherwise pleasant.

Nice hotel, clean, very polite staff, in a very quiet location but walls in the rooms felt like they were made out of paper, you could hear people talking in the next room and people in the corridor! Breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful! metro was just a few steps away and 20-25 minutes metro ride to station Termini! We had a fantastic stay in Rome and in Grand Hotel Palazzo Carpegna!

Room rate is OK relatively to location and room standard. Restaurant price are extremely high and service and food are poor. Bar is cool but prices of alcohol & beer are hot. Charge for internet use is an outrage (Euro 5/hr- 10/3hrs). Public transportation neartby

The hotel was quite basic and facilities limited - there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or an iron - you had to send your clothes away to be ironed, which was very costly. The bathroom was also in need of a refurb and didn't reflect the quality of the main bedroom.
Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Was quite a way out of the centre but we didn't mind this because the tube was only around the corner and there was some good eating places nearby which were half the price of centre restaurants.

We were located in a small room in the fourth floor. The only elavator which goes up to this floor was broken, so we hyve to walk the last part. The room reminds us of a lumber room. When we check in there was some ash on the floor, the air conditioning was dirty. This was absolutely not whta we expect from a four star hotel. The outside view was very nice. The barkeeper Marco marvelous.

Very good hotel, very clean, near the metro station. It has many facilities.
Near the hotel there are many restaurants which have very good food and very good prices.
The only disadvantage for this hotel was the breakfast.
The people in the room are very rude, and they are not professional at all. One day there in no cheese, milk, coffee and for more than 20 minutes and the hour was about 8:30 in the morning. Nobody was interested in the room although the customers began to murmured

This hotel looks very grand from the outside and is very clean inside. The bedrooms are modern in décor, sadly I can't say the same for the bathrooms (shouldn't call them bathrooms either as they only have showers).
The television was temperamental (the sound kept going) and the air con was strangely situated under the window behind the curtains! It worked fine though, a big relief considering it was 35 degrees upwards every day.
The breakfast was fairly good, ranging from fruit, cereals and pastries to rolls, cheeses, hams and even scrambled egg and an attempt at sausages and bacon. The fresh orange machine was fabulous even if a bit slow and sometimes not working at all.
The hotel could do with a pool - it has all these grounds around it that seem to be going to waste (indeed they look like they border on the wasteland side of things).
There is a great market next door where you can buy cheap water, fruit and other edibles, and Sixt is opposite for car hire, with very friendly relaxed staff (we were a bit late bringing the car back and they didn't mind at all).
The Metro station (Cornelia) is just round the corner making it super easy to get into the centre of Rome, and if you go to the bus stop near the Metro and catch the 906 bus, you can go to Hydromania, the water park, a breath of fresh air from sightseeing in stifling heat! It is only 1 euro on the bus, you can buy tickets in newsagents, stick in the machine when you get on. The acqua park is busy but it's great fun for any age, some of the flumes are downright SCARY!

We stayed at the Grand Plaza in Rome, a beautiful hotel with extemely pleasent and helpful staff. The rooms were small and simplistic but it was in actual fact exactly what we needed for the holiday.
The hotel is a little outside the city centre but only 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro which takes you into the city in less than 15 minutes. I would highly reccommened this hotel to other tourists.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are O.K very clean. They clean our room every day. The breakfast was very nice with variety of food, but no vegetables. The staff was very helpful and nice. They even change our rooms when we asked for a room with view. The location of the hotel is great, near the metro station that works until 22:00, after that you can take a bus line 46 from Venice square working till 24:00(the same ticket of the metro applies for the bus).
To the hotel we took a Taxi that charges us 50 Euro (it was busy hour in the morning), way back from the hotel to the Airport we paid 40 Euro.
Near the hotel there is a very nice market, you can fine there every thing you wants.
In conclusion the hotel was great we defiantly have done the right choice and the feedbacks help us a lot.

This hotel is really lovely however some of the colour schemes are unusual! I felt the reception area could have provided more leaflets for tourists although they did have a very good map. Check in was ok we were in a triple room which was clean however the door was a bit battered on outside the room was in area b and was a long way away from lift. Breakfast was buffet style and was well stocked. We ate in the dining room on first night as we arrived late meal was ok menu difficult to understand service was fine but we didnt eat there again!Piano bar good for a night cap and very entertaining barman the only personality in hotel!! Loacation was ok due to metro close at hand travelled to major places of interest for 16E(weekly ticket)but once we left in morning never returned until evening. Would have liked a spa to relieve aching legs as lot of walking involved! There is also some renovation work going on in hotel

Some of the earlier reviews led me to question my choice of hotel. I need not have worried. The hotel is very impressive. An oasis of quiet after the bustle of the city. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff are helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good, although lacking a selection of fresh fruit. The evening restaurant we found to be expensive for what it was. Try Josephs restaurant on the opposite side of the street from the Metro station. It was very good and chicken and steaks are on the menu there as well as the local dishes. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

We stayed 4 nights at Grand Hotel Palazzo Carpegna. Marvelous stay. It is a very nice and quiet hotel in a nice area, 5 min walk from metro Cornelia (line A), 2 stops away from Vatican museum. There is a small park next to the hotel and it is very beautiful and quiet. There is an Internet point 1 min walk from the hotel and Macdonald's, a small market and places to eat.
The rooms are very clean, normal size, new furniture, extremely clean bath room , towels were changed every day, the sheets too and the room cleaned.
The staff was very friendly and helpful speaking very well both english and french.
The hotel has a nice bar and a restaurant, luggage room, meeting room.
The breakfast was perfect. This was a buffet for every taste, continental breakfast, conflakes, fruits, very rich variety of good food.
The price we paid was great and the breakfast was included. Some 2 - star hotels were much more expensive.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay again

The room was a little less spacious than I would have liked, however, it was very modern, clean and the chamber maid service was excellent. We did not eat at the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and it was available until 10.00. I was a little disappointed with the location as the subway (which is the easiest way to get to the centre of Rome) was closed at 9.00 at night - information which may have altered my decision to stay in the hotel as its close proximity to the subway station was key in our decision to stay there. However, overall I was very please with this hotel.

Nice hotel at a good location. The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro station which is very convinient for accessing major sightseeings in Rome. The room was okay and very complete (airco included) and clean. But at the fourth floor I couldn´t look outside. There is only a roofwindow. On the otherhand it is no big problem in October when you´re away till late.
Breakfast okay, however the big restaurant lacks daylight! But these are minor problems. The castlelike hotel in total is great. Situated in a quiet parc and still very near a metrostation, so you can be in the center of Rome within twenty minutes. No doubt I´ll take this hotel again the next time I´ll visit Rome.

Excellent location close to a metropolitan station. Impressive green and quite area in busy city environment. Is exactly what we needed after days of strolling and visiting Rome City centre. Rooms were not big but modern design and convenient. Ask a room with view because there is a whole floor with rooms in the ceiling with no view. Restaurant is excellent. Hotel service is OK, I would say typical Italian, not super but helpfull. If you stay for more than a couple of days you miss a pool or a fittness center. I would recommend the hotel to everybody.

In its own grounds and therefore very quiet, this was a real 4* hotel.A much larger room than I had anticipated from internet pictures. Although one morning was extremely hectic, breakfast was exceptionally good with the variety of food on offer. The coffee machine proved a task too far for many guests. Ask! Very close to the Metro station and then less than 15 mins to town. Best and cheapest route from Ciampino Airport is bus to Anagnina and then Metro from there. Takes less than an hour for 3.4 Euros total. An excellent hotel and superb location.

Spent two nights there. We complained twice that the lock in the room was broken, but they did nothing. When we requested information about getting to via tiburtina street and cinnecit'e shopping area they ignored us and sent us away. Breakfast was simply horrible and when at last we asked for just a couple of hours late check-out they just told us to get out not a minute later than scheduled. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Pretty good value of money.
Breakfast was typical english with unhealthy bacon & omelette. But there where also healthy staff like yoghurt and juice.
But the biggest surprize was that there is a large church/chapel inside the Hotel!

My daughter aged 19 yrs and myself stayed in the Grand Hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and the village was very quaint. The Staff in the hotel were very helpful and we were very pleased with everything in the hotel. The Rooms were very modern and cleanliness was first class.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to any visitor on vacation in Rome.

Superb hotel, very nice room, good bd, claen, tv with cnn, room safe, mini frudge, absolutely extra nice braekfasts and there is a dining room with good food, though a little expensive, thisis a four star hotel and the staff were helpful. The Metro is a three block walk away and it takes you to downtown Rome, the Termini and back for 1 Euro, though buy a pass, and get off and on as many times as you like. This hotel has fine grounds and gives you a litte space and security and yet you have access to Vatican and all of Rome on the Metro, we highly recommend.

The hotel has an impressive ambience and is located in a wonderful calm park. Although the rooms are renovated they are very small and humid and malodorous. In the breakfast/dining-hall windows for daylight are missing. Food is on average for a four star hotel. The owner should make efforts to restore the unique character of the hotel.

Driving up to the hotel is quite impressive, having been surrounded by busy city streets, you're suddenly surrounded by greenery. As you walk in to reception, don't be put off by the average appearance. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The rooms were smart, modern and very clean, with flat screen TV's, etc. There are some reviews highlighting that the 4th floor rooms have not yet been modernised, but we stayed on the 4th floor, and the rooms had been completed. We were lucky enough to end up in a family room/suite, so we had loads of space and a bathroom each - handy for couples who's ladies take a little longer to get ready - if you know what I mean. The hotel is a short walk (5 mins) to the A line on the metro, which means you can get to all the major interest points in no time at all, all for only 1 euro. The metro is air-conditioned, so use this and not the buses if travelling after April/May. All in all a fantastic hotel for the price, and we would go back if/when we return to Rome.

The room was small, but nice and clean with modern furnitures, the bed was convenient. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Nice and quiet park around the hotel. Service was good but at the check-out nobody informed us about the air traffic staff's strike at the airport. The disadvantage of the hotel is the thin wall and voices can be heard from the neighboring rooms. Instead of these I would recommend the hotel because of the good metro connection and Vatican is about 15 minutes by walk.

Set back from the busy road, this is a quiet and restful hotel. There are plenty of common areas for relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. No smoking throughout these common areas adds to the pleasure.
Happy hour at the bar is still expensive!!! The food and service in the Bistro restaurant is good if a bit pricey.
The rooms on the 4th floor seem a little pokey for a 4* hotel and the only window is a skylight which only adds to that feel.
The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Buffet style with machines dispensing coffee (often cold) and juice (very watery). The hot food was OK but not replenished often enough. At the most busy times there was a scramble for spare seats at tables which were not cleared and reset often enough.

This hotel was unbelievable. After reading some reviews I was unsure what to expect, but the room we were given was EXACTLY like the picture shown. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and assisted us in booking a night tour of the city. Its position off the road is perfect and there was absolutely no noise. The hotel looks like a palace and is set in gorgeous gardens. The bar was lovely and the food in there nice and well priced - very large portions! The room was also a very good size, especially for Rome, and the bathroom was lovely and hidden away behind a sliding door (oh, and the showers are FANTASTIC).
Only minuses - breakfast wasn't great (avoid the scrambled eggs - yuck) but it did fill you up til lunchtime, and the woman in charge of the breakfast room is rather rude. The hotel is also a way out of the city centre but the metro stop is about 5 minutes walk away and the metro is very efficient, so this should not be a problem. It certainly wasn't for us, we quite enjoyed it!
However, all in all, it was the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure in staying in and after 3 nights we were gutted to leave. If ever I return to Rome, I will stay here, without a doubt.

This hotel is spacious and calm in a city renowned for its crowded and chaotic pace of life. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and staff are very helpful. Hotel staff are competent english speakers, so good hotel for non-italian speakers. Close to Metro - so out of town position is not an issue.
After reading reviews on quality of scrambled eggs for breakfast, I heeded past advice and avoided the eggs (They could have been good - but I don't know!) The rest of the breakfast layout was excellent - plenty of good breakfast food alternatives to pick from if you have doubts about the eggs!

When we drove into Rome, we were able to easily find the hotel without having to get involved with the downtown traffic. The hotel is off the street in a parklike setting and is a lovely building. The floors were all marble throughout the hotel and the hotel was very spacious with tall ceilings, even in our room. The staff was multilingual and very nice. ATTRACTIVE HOTEL IN ATTRACTIVE SURROUNDINGS>
Disapointing sleeping arrangement for two adults and one child of 10, two beds pushed together for all three of us, which was uncomfortable for whoever was sleeping in the center, could not lock the bathroom door.
Our relatives were given triple beds.
Breakfast was a disapointment, the scambled eggs had a nasty smell, the bacon was awful.
Staff could have been friendlier, concierge very helpful and efficient.
The metro is within a relatively short distance from the hotel.
travelling around rome was made much easier after we had discovered the metro underground which was inexpensive and went to all the main tourist spots.
We highly recommend a local restuarant by the name of Josephs.
