location ok, though not too near to the center (near a bus stop), clean, polite.the porters r outgoing to help.breakfast needs upgrading of vegetables.

Room a little bit too warm. One time we missed a towel. Internet is very expensive. Breakfast was very fine!

Rooms were of fair size. Bathrooms were way too small, toilet too close to the wall and the tub. There was no counter space in the bathroom. Staff and food were both excellent.

We stayed here last year (booked also with yeego) and were allocated a beautiful and spacious room - this time they had assumed we were 2 guys and were very surprised at reception when I checked in (my name in Italian can be male as well) and had given us just an adequate sized room located more at the side near a number of doors and the lifts. Perhaps we were spoiled last time! Still it was clean enough and staff were fine. We had to check out at 10:00 am though which was also a change...maybe will try another hotel in Rome next time as it is a bit far out of the centre...
