We stayed here last year (booked also with yeego) and were allocated a beautiful and spacious room - this time they had assumed we were 2 guys and were very surprised at reception when i checked in (my name in italian can be male as well) and had given us just an adequate sized room located more at the side near a number of doors and the lifts. Perhaps we were spoiled last time!
still it was clean enough and staff were fine. We had to check out at 10:00 am though which was also a change...Maybe will try another hotel in rome next time as it is a bit far out of the centre...

Had a great break in rome in an excellent hotel. They could perhaps consider offering tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, otherwise very enjoyable.

When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the hotel entrance and reception onward to our room through clean and well decorated corridors we entered our room to find an ample sized room with a large balcony with a table and two chairs and also two easy chairs, perfect. The bathroom had a shower, no bath which my wife would have liked but what the heck. The dining room was large and very well presented breakfast was a treat and the staff were helpfull with the planning of our days out, we would certainly use this hotel again.

Hotel was nice, a little further out of town than the description, its 30 minutes walk to either via venito or the spanish steps. Taxis were 8-10e each way which added up.
Room was not really 4 star, small and basic, room overlooked the back of the hotel where they started to build a market at 7am so was noisy. Room was always hot, could not get air con to work, sky tv was a black screen.
Bed was very uncomfortable. There was very little lighting in the room for a girl to apply makeup!!
breakfast was only a little more than continential not really a buffet, bacon or sausages were all charged extra for, but coisants and fruit were nice. Reception staff were very helpful with planning our days.
