| I was a bit apprehensive as this was my first time booking vacations trough Internet and although we did an extensive search we did not know the hotel. Overall the hotel was great. Very beautiful and well located, the room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I must say however, that the highlight of the hotel is the reception staff. Ivan and Luca were absolutely amazing in giving us all great recommendations which made our holidays much nicer. Only for this I would definitely go back to Splendid. For us the only down fault of the hotel is not having 24 rooms service which we needed in one night but a great recommendation from Luca and we had a great dinner out. I take hotels very seriously as is also my line of work and believe when I say you will not regret staying at this hotel. |
