Very good located. Very friendly, helpfull and effective reception. Small rooms, absolutely no luxury, but clean and good towels. We have tried much better beds.

Cannot say how much we were upset/angry/disappointed with our stay here...really put a dampner on our trip to Rome. The staff were rude and were not helpful at all....I dont expect much from budget hotels in terms of the facilities of the room but just the attitude of the staff was disgusting. They also tried to over charge us for a pick up from the airport when we waited and extra hour because they hadn´t actually informed the driver he had to pick us up. I cannot say enough DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!
