Villafranca Rome Hotel (Formerly Best Western Hotel Villafranca) is situated 50 m from Castro Pretorio Metro Station and 500 m from the Termini train station. There are a number of tourist spots nearby the hotel which include Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Octagonal Hall, Santa Maria degli Angeli, and Palazzo Massimo alle Terme. This hotel had good and bad points. Good points are that it is in a great location close to Termini, staff in hotel were friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned every day and there are some very nice restaurants close by. Bad points are that the room was very small and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

A nice hotel in the center of Rome. Good breakfast. We got our moneys worth. The receptionists should smile more.

Hotel is well located, clean and has a decent breakfast and corteous staff. Have stayed at hotel before. Unfortunately, there was a problem with heating in the room and in spite of being guaranteed time and time again the problem was fixed, it was still cold at night.
