The hotel is overrated. Its services are not those expected from a four stars hotel. We were there for three days and in one of the three mornings the breakfast service was a tragedy. They justified it as a "staff problem" - there was not enough serving personnel, but this is unacceptable from a four stars hotel. However, the hotel was clean and in a quiet good location: the metro station is at a distance of about 5-10 minutes walking and from this station there are two stops to Termini and four stops to Colosseum.

Great hotel , good location (a park is there near and the metro station is 500 m), typical breakfast,safe neighborhood.
