the hotel room was very nice,large and comfortable. i noticed they almost didnt clean the rooms, only change towels.
they only give one shower towel per person which is not enough.
the hotel is in a first floor, and has an extremely small lift...
the breakfast was the weakest issue, not tasty at all, the staff at the hotel quite rude and unfriendly. after all we really enjoyed the room, and the location of the hotel.

We are very pleased with our hotel for many reasons: it is in the centre of Rome, you can walk everywhere or if you like you can use the bus or the train that are close to the hotel.The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable.They change towels every day.We took our daughter, that she is 4 years old with us. I want to say that the staff was so good with her, she still speaks about Carlos!!! As we needed a lot of information about Rome, the staff helped us and gave us advice.We want to thank them all.Myro-George
