Great hotel!
on the up side:
super location, within walking distance from termini station.
Spacious and very clean room.
Fantastic breakfast.
Friendly service.
Pleasant lobby for a nice drink.
On the down side:
wireless internet price is outrageous! 10 euro per hour or 22 euro per day! are you out of your mind there?!
and one more thing - make sure you got the room for which you paid; we paid for a superior room, but a reception clerk named roberto (young, bald, with a beard) gave us a small room instead without telling us anything)... So watch out!
all in all, with all things considered, metropole lived up to my expectations of a 4-star hotel. If you ask me - go for it!
