It was up to the expectation i had.
Though the air conditioning was not cooling enough, (38 degrees c. Outside)
breakfast was below average. You should use the bus system to get to the center or the metro.

The rooms in this hotel were very small. The airconditioning was not working properly.
We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and had to wait for our room. We asked for coffee but none was available and we had to do with coke.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly but services advertised were not available. When we asked for a kettle for our room we were given a kettle with 2 paper cups which were never replaced over the three days. The hotel said in its literature that adapters were available at reception - when we asked for one the staff had not heard of them.
The hotel is advertised as near to the city centre and via veneto but it is quite far from the centre. In fact a taxi ride from the hotel to via veneto cost an average of 8/10euro.
