Very good location close to all historic sites which are in walking distance. There are buses right outside the hotel's door and the Metro Station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Very clean and bed sheets were changed midway into our 8 night stay. Bathroom has a shower, bathtub, bidet, hair dryer and loads of hot water at any hour. We had a room in the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Breakfast is adequate but a bit boring, with no hot foods available. Front desk staff are very helpful and always willing to give directions. Wi-Fi internet is free but available in one hour increments only which must be arranged at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again when in Rome.

Perfect location, nice room, good service Aircondition broke down, so we often had to open the window to a quite noisy street during the night. Breakfast was nothing more than ok.

Very comfortable bedroom, bathroom very well appointed, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Diplomatic. Excellent location & value for money. Reception staff very helpful. Have recommended this hotel and website to my friends. Have used the site for a Paris visit and was very happy with choice and Rome did not disappoint.

Clean hotel with really nice big rooms. Staff was helpful and spoke english well. Good breakfast. Small problems with overbooking.
