| i stayed for 3 nights and they charged me 4 nights! bad service air conditionong did not work! bad choice! |

| The hotel is in a convinient location,the personel are very gentle,but breakfast must have eggs too,there are strong noice from the uper room ,the rest are very good |

| Excellent service and friendly english speaking staff. Clean, nice rooms. Only complaint would be the thin walls between the rooms - anything louder than normal speaking voice was hearable (and understandable). Sound proofing from the street was good and we had pleasant sleeps. Location is a bit off the main attractions but the charming Via Veneto is close. One of the best experiences on this price category (about 100 eur/double room/night). |

| Our room was small, but clean and functional - and my boyfriend would have liked the use of an iron but was told there wasn't one in the hotel. We only stayed for breakfast which was ok but uninspiring. The location was great, pretty central and not too far away from the metro which you could walk to down the beautiful Via Veneto. The staff were friendly and polite. |
