| The location was really good and of easy access -right around the corner from the railway and buss station. The room was clean and breakfast ok. The cleaner ladies were always extremely polite and the receptionist was as well. The receptionist was actually more helpful and friendly than we have ever seen in any hotel. Many thanks to him for making us feel so welcome! |

| The room was very clean and very quiet and the recpetonists were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, with bread and cereal. The location was fantastic, just off the main road. |

| The room allocated was very tiny, with the smallest en-suite possible - but newly fitted. Plans showed bedroom to be the smallest in hotel. Breakfast was fine, in a bright but cramped basement. Lounge/sitting area inadequate. Hotel position good for sight seeing. Staff helpful. |

| The room was very poor. The people at the frontdesk were not very friendly. For our breakfast we had to wait for 10 min on the stairs, because there were only 6 tables availeble. A very simple breakfast. At first we wanted to stay at the adriano hotel, this was fully booked and you advised us to stay in this hotel. It was really an disappointment. |

| Although we booked and payed for the Hotel Patria, we didn't actually stay there, we were moved to thier sister hotel which was just around the corner. Nice spacious rooms, lovely hotel staff, central location, the food suited some, don't expect an english or continental breakfast (it was croisants and jam) but apart from the food no complaints at all. |
