good location, friendly bar staff in the eveninng & reception staff. Breakfast staff we found very rude & moody, like they didn't want to be there. The gym is small but has all you need, the pool was nice but the jacuzzi & steam room seemed very unclean & in need of maintenance. However we enjoyed our stay there & would go again when next in rome.

Overall, quality of facilities etc super, staff had good english, free bus service to Vatican, city centre and airport a very pleasant surprise. The 1 negative was that alcahol was very expensive
