Room v-good. Service & food in restaurant good. Drinks very expensive in hotel. Location of hotel no problem as bus & metro are only 5 mins away.

Had a great stay nice big rooms ,friendly staff. Good gym, pool etc good food. Only down point rooms at the front of hotel got noise from outside but we will use the hotel again.

Helpfull staff, good rooms and facilities. Bar prices are very expensive but good bus service into the vatican city 5 to 10 minutes but be very aware of pickpockets on the bus. Bus passes can be
bought from the reception desk in the hotel 1 euro into town.

Had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The shuttle bus was brilliant. We would lie by the pool which was essential in August until 3.15pm then go into Rome and then get the shuttle bus back at 10.00 pm which was just enough to look at the sights and to have something to eat. The bus was air conditioned and saved all the fuss of taxis tubes. There were local buses right outside which ran every 15 mins. There was a brilliant gym and also a very nice indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Room sizes nice and big and not a noisy hotel at all very relaxing.
