Rooms small but fine for the purpose intended. Service is ok. Morning breakfast is lacking choice and the room is small. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of most sites of interest. Don't expect any great view from your room though. Was facing other rooms with no sunlight hitting the window. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

The service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was OK for breakfast which was totally self service and good. The roof bar is a good idea but unfortunately it closed at 23.00, just the time when you might want to go in there. Consequently we used the bars just round the corner which had a great view over the Piazza Venetia and were open later. The rooms are tiny, but clean and quiet. The bathroom in particular was very small with no bath and little space between the shower, sink and toilet. The location was just fantastic. Right in the centre next to the Forum and Capitoline Hill and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions.
