Very friendly staff and receptionists very helpful. they helped us in planning our excursions and to call taxis. Breakfast very good but always the same with no change in food. the location although not central very near metro station. Very quite rooms but old furniture and airconditioning not functioning well. On the last night we were very disappointed since a cockroge visited our room and my daughter and I were really frightined and unhappy with the situation. I phoned reception and they sent a man to catch it for us. It was disgusting. Dinner always for private functions even if you book before they do not accept and restaurants are quite far away to walk. One restaurant is very near but it was closed since it was a holiday (2nd June). Although the service was on the whole good I will not go in the same hotel.

We cannot say enough about this hotel. Having browsed the ratings before we left, we were expecting small rooms, but they were huge. Breakfast was great, but the most ooutstanding feature was the front desk service. Wonderful people!

We found our room comfortable, had everything that we needed seeing as we were only using it for sleeping. The hotel staff were very helpful and we found the bus and underground trains on time and clean. All in all an enjoyable stay

While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and clean. This I believe is the norm for Rome. The service and the food were good. The location was a little bit out,but it was well serviced by an efficient and cheap public transport. While historic Rome is a bit of a distance away, the hotel is very convenient to the Vatican.
