Very warm welcome. Reception staff lovely. Room was not serviced particularly well. Had to ask for bath mats, and every day for teabags and milk. This should have been in there for the cost of the hotel. Very modern room. Ideal location. Would use again. This is my second time at this hotel. Thank you. Only served breakfast which was perfect - no evening meals available but plenty of restaurants near by.

White Hotel is a renewed hotel. the room is very bright, clean and in good condition, but very small. The location in excellent, close to all major attractions in Rome. The staff was the weak point - unhelpfull, we felt almost unwanted.

I got a terible old decorating room. after complaining I got a good and new decorm one,but only the seconde day.

Woken up first morning by demolition work just above. Ask to be moved and given another room. This was much quieter although one of their older rooms.
