HOTEL HAS BEEN RENOVATED SINCE WE LAST STAYED-BUT OUR EXECUTIVE ROOM HAD A NOISY AIRCON,AND TWO SINGLE BEDS JOINED AS A DOUBLE, COSTLY FOR FEATURES OFFERED AND WAS BETTER UNRENOVATED

Very warm welcome. Reception staff lovely. Room was not serviced particularly well. Had to ask for bath mats, and every day for teabags and milk. This should have been in there for the cost of the hotel. Very modern room. Ideal location. Would use again. This is my second time at this hotel. Thank you. Only served breakfast which was perfect - no evening meals available but plenty of restaurants near by.

White Hotel is a renewed hotel. the room is very bright, clean and in good condition, but very small. The location in excellent, close to all major attractions in Rome. The staff was the weak point - unhelpfull, we felt almost unwanted.
