| Room ok. Breakfast quite nice. Staff lovely - at least one member on at all times who spoke english fluently. Toilet cistern dripped constantly which is hard to deal with at night when everything else is quiet. Fridge wasn't cold - a young, non-english speaking employee tried to convince me otherwise. No internet access - their wifi was down for the whole time I was there. For two days they tried to convince me it was my laptop. They finally conceded it was there system. They also had a PC in the lobby which I tried to use only to be told it didn't work. If it doesn't work, why have the bloody thing there in the first place. Certainly not a facility standard I would have expected from a chain such as Ramada. |
