Manca l'ascensore e l'edificio ha bisogno di urgenti interventi di manutenzione. La colazione non è all'altezza. Un hotel nella città di napoli che non riesce a proporre i dolci tipici è quasi un'eresia. Al soffitto delle camere non ci sono affreschi ma carta dipinta e attaccata con le puntine da disegno. Sembrerebbe una scenografia da film stile Gattopardo.
