| The location is good. The hotel is nice but the service horrible. No costumer service at all. Very rude and not helpfull. Not interest at all for the people. Horrible breakfast and they turn off the light on you, even if you are still eating when is the closing time... They make you feel so unconfortable. worst experience in this trip. |

| We had the poor experience of having my travel documents (passport, voucher and air ticket resevation with absolute no moneys inside ) being stollen by two pick pockects acting together at the front door of the hotel when arriving to check in .Unfortunately nobody at the hotel front desk noticed ( neither they have cameras who could easily prevent such acts which we hear are common in Milan),that one of the pick pockets blocked my entrance, by simulating him entering in front of me when I was trying to enter the first glass door which opens into a shopping gallery while the other acted from the behind .Sinced I ran after them and entered almost every store in the gallery, we were fortuned enough to have everything returned at the hotel by a worker in a bar of the gallery that found the envelope next to his car in the sidewalk when moving it half an hour later .The first impression was definetly no good inspite of the " assistance " given by the front desk attendants after the fact. | Comfortable and clean rooms, but badly isolated windows, lots of noise from street day and night. Building rattles with each train that passes in nearby underground from very early in the morning till late night. Very insufficient breakfast, self service, only some cookies, pastries and flakes. |
