My double room on the 1st floor was sufficient for my needs, however i did not specifically request a non-smoking room and the smell of stale smoke in the room was not pleasant.
All staff members were extremely friendly, polite and helpful which was great.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and found the location really good. There was easy access to a number of places and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though the hotel was located directly opposite of a jail, it was really quiet and a lovely place to stay.
