The emplacement of this hotel is superbe, but it is verry dirtie and in nead of major restorations. We had the room 313 and we had a flood during the night. My passeport was verry damage by it the manager paid for his replacement but not for the trouble it will gave me.It is by no mean a 4 stars hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel previously and it was OK.However today I can not justify a 4*** rating.Carpets are dirty and worn out,wallpaper is peeling off and the bathroom needs a complete facelift although the staff is quite helpful and the breakfast is acceptable

i have stayed here before -most convient location; good welcome and well appointed room. Clean sheets and hot water, AND a bath! I often stay in Florence at this time of the year and will return here possibly 2007/8
