| This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything was just perfect.Absolutely clean, excellent staff and excellent breakfast.It is very conveniently placed for the train and bus station (5 mins walk) though you are not aware of either when in the hotel.Lots of good eating places nearby and walking distance to the city centre.We would certainly stay here again. |

| Great location - minutes from train station - lots of shops and restaurants close by Excellent reception - room assigned early - helpful staff answered our questions Excellent room (for Europe) - quiet - even had a small courtyard through French doors - excellent housekeeping - room very clean - good TV service - complimentary Internet - slippers provided - clean bathroom - big towels Good breakfast although hot food (eggs, bacon) was lukewarm - but this seems to be the way it is served in Europe. Excellent juice, rolls, hams and cheeses Considering the price we paid, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence |

| The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very pleasant and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location wise the hotel was an undemanding stroll into the centre of Florence. The hotel didn't look particularly inpressive from the outside but inside it was very traditional, peaceful and well equiped. The temperature within the hotel was well maintained and alwas comfortable. |

| The Adler Cavaleri Hotel is lovely. Is is in a great location right near the train station but still only a 10/15 minute walk to Florences main attractions. The rooms are very spacious and tastfully decorated. It has all the lovely little finishes the demanding traveller would expect. The breakfast room is lovely, the reception staff are helpful and the bathrooms are also spacious. Would definately stay again. |

| All fine, except heating remains on in mild spring weather. Central heating is on and not controllable in rooms but the air-conditioning is not available. Other aspects of the hotel are good. |
