| The room, although small was clean& quiet with good air conditioning & good triple glazing. Maid service good and the desk receptionist was pleasant and spoke good English. Breakfast was adequate with a decent selection. Good location only 5 minutes from the train station. There are good restaurants close by. |

| A very high standard hotel that is very centralised in a good, safe area. I would have rated this higher if the breakfast was better only a buffet table with no hot food and no leasure conplex. But still very clean pretty room very modern and small so you dont walk for ages to your hotel room. Id stay here again if i was in firenze. |
