The charm of this hotel is above all the friendliness of the staff. This would have made it a score of 10 except for the really very small bathroom.

Our room was lovely, complete with balcony and all facilities. Hotel clean and pleasant. Support staff very friendly, reception staff varied from terse to very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and dining room very pleasant. Garden and coutyard was a great bonus and nice tom sitvout vin. Jacuzzi wasn't waorking which was aminor disappointment as tehweather really picked up.
Location close to the ralway and bus station was very convenien and we had no p[roblems walking to all the sites of florence.
Would stay there again.

My friends and i were extremely pleased with the hotel rivoli. It is conveniently situated nr the train station which was perfect for our trip to pisa, and as the bus station was right next door, it was also easy to get to siena. It is also only a short walk to the arno river, the shops and some of the best restaurants in florence. The room was large, perfect for the 3 of us, and the staff were extremely friendly, esp sunny in the bar who served delicious cocktails. The jacuzzi in the courtyard was just amazing, we sat in it during a huge downpour, it stayed nice and hot and the steam coming off it was so atmospheric! book the hotel rivoli right now!!

Great hotel, well situated, nice staff, clean, large rooms, nice whirlpool (too bad it closes at 9 p.m.). Good breakfast.
