Rooms-small but nice.Wooden floors,decent sized double bed with soft mattress.Clean sheets and towels changed everyday. Tv with both local as well as paid channels available.Safe deposit box available in the room.
Bathroom- small but adequate.
Breakfast- best among the hotels i tried in europe.Still not comparable to the rest of the world (asia,us,middle-east) but they had boiled eggs, choice of coffee, tea and juice,bread rolls,croissants and danish/tarts which was enough to have a decent start to the day.
Location- near railway station (santa maria novella) in a lively locality full of low priced pizzerias,bars and other utility stores (telephone, internet etc).Not very posh and chic during evening/night but neither very unsafe.
Staff- nice and helpful.Provided useful tips about visiting different sites.

Hotel located close to main railway/bus station and very close to places of interest in central and north of florence city centre. Friendly and helpfull staff, good and plentifull cont. Breakfasts although breakfast room is small. Our room had no bath but a good shower. Free safe in room. Would use again.

Great central location in florence - railway station 3/4 minute walk - duomo 5 minutes - ponte vecchio 10 minutes - accademia 7/8 minutes. Ideal location for a walking tour of florence lots of good value restaurants literally facing the hotel. Clean basic rooms - good breakfast and sky tv!!
