The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Despite booking a triple room at this hotel months in advance when we arrived we were told they do not have any triple rooms and were deposited into a taxi to travel to the Dante & Beatrice Relais Bed & Breakfast instead!! This was not the type of accommodation we had booked & paid for and the breakfast was very poor quality. The first night we were woken at 3am by the most vile smell that seemed to be coming through the air conditioning unit. We turned off the unit & opened all the windows which got rid of the smell but left us all covered in mozzie bites in the morning!!! I had to phone the Hotel Andrea in the morning (no manager on duty at the B&B) and ask for another room. The manager there was quite rude and said I was only complaining because I had not been given a room in the Hotel and that the hotel was fully booked and no more rooms available!! I had to argue the point and insisted that we were moved & eventually they gave us another room (still in the B&B. Overall a very disappointing experience - when you book & pay for a 3* hotel that is what you should get.

Single room was almost too small and simple, dark colours made it even worse. On the balcony nine air condition -motors made a lot of noise. No nets for mosquitos on door.
Service and breakfast was excellent. Towels in bathroom lovely. Cleaning good. Location was also good, short way to the station and historic centre, still tranquil area, no traffic noise.

Recently refurbished, hotel is on 3rd floor, access by lift or stairs, after pressing intercom button inside lobby - hence quite secure. Room beautifully decorated and furnished, ample bedding. Large,double glazed windows with outside blind (at front of hotel)provided spectacular views of Florence but could be noisy at times if windows left open. No safe. Aircon but not working - until July(?). Bathroom rather small but with shower, wc and bidet - provided with both white, fluffy towels and beautifully laundered linen ones. Nice and clean. Restaurant provided continental breakfast items. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Good location, overlooking large square with seats,fountain,newspaper stall & postboxes. 10 minutes' walk from Florence SMN station; 15 minutes' walk from Duomo, market, San Lorenzo, etc. Many reasonably priced restaurants,bars etc in vicinity. Recommend.

the rooms are very big and has everything. the shower is wide and good. the view was amazing, all of florence was in our eye sight.
location was a 10 minute walk to the center. breakfest was beyond our expections (croissants, buns, boiled eggs, tomatoes, coffee/tea, juice, cornflakes...).
and the best thing was the hospitality of the service givers. they all were very polite and nice, always ready to help and always with a smile!
we will defintely come back if we will be in florence!
