Excellent hotel, warm welcome on arrival and staff we came in contact with pleasant and helpful.Assisstant manager went out of her way to get us home after our flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash, fantastic customer sevice, we will be staying again.

The hotel was 1st class, all staff very friendly, rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast which was included in our booking was great - excellant choice. Also food in the bar area was a very reasonable price and also good. Would stay again.

Great Breakfast, eat as much as you can! Nice room with view over the river Liffey. Answers to incoming calls slow. Friendly staff. Ccentral location for shopping and business access.
