Good hotel, and with breakfast and parking included it's one of the best value hotels within walking distance of city centre. Have stayed here numerous times when we need a bae in Dublin for the night. Decent buffet style breakfast choices, and we had evening bar food there this stay which was very good.

Burlington has comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, helpful staff and a huge buffet breakfast. This time, though, there were no kippers on the breakfast menu and the bedroom had no extra blankets despite the bitterly cold weather that week. Hence 9 rather than 10.

I had phoned prior to arrival and had been assured that there was parking available on the hotel grounds. However, on arrival we had to park half a mile away and pay almost €3 per hour as the car park was full because of conventions. We were attending a family wedding and maximum parking on the street was 4hours, it was disgraceful that they gave priority for parking to the people attending the convention as opposed to the residents of the hotel. Also I asked when I phoned if they catered for coeliacs and I was assured there would be no problem. This was not the case. For the wedding meal there was confusion among the staff as to what was gluten free and what wasn't, which didn't exactly instil confidence and the next morning there wasn't even a slice of gluten free bread to be had. I was very disappointed with this hotel, having heard that it was a great place to stay. While the accommodation was comfortable, the reception staff had a very blase attitude to any concerns I had. I wouldn't be recommending staying here
