Rooms were fine but other areas where too open plan and very cold. The breakfast was very basic, noit great.

The maintenance at this Hotel is Zero.This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and found furniture in the bedrooms heavily scratched.Light bulbs blown.Light fittings in the bathrooms falling to the ground when someone bangs a door next door.Room cleaning staff top class.Breakfast top class.Hotel staff top class.Management would want to look at the Maldron at City west and compare the general condition which is top class.top marks to the management at City West.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Bedrooms were fine and breakfast was very good. Evening meals are not great. Handy location for trams to the center of Dublin.
