I found this hotel to be excellent,it was very clean and the staff were extremly helpful and very friendly. The room was big and spacious and well decorated. The location was perfect for shopping during the day and right in temple bar with loads of excellent pubs and restraunts. The music in the bar can get pretty loud at night that would be the only draw back but it would not deter me from staying here again as the atmosphere in the bar was excellent you could spend the night there and not leave the hotel at all.

We came late - a choice of rooms was limited, we were first given a room opposite dublin's noisiest bar, bottom floor. Not accepted. The second room, given to us had suffered from water leakage, also noisy. Not accept. The third option was acceptable, but only for the first night (stayed 4 nights). Next morning receptionist upgraded us by giving us a suite in the new part of the building. This time a quiet, stylish room ( as we had required and emphasised quietness through yeego, but did not get in the first place). Great service all the way through our stay - in breakfast room, reception, customer service and hotel management. Exciting hotel with creative interior solutions. Excellent location.

I bought this holiday as a present for my boyfriend. We went to experience dublin and found the hotel to be right in the centre of temple bar, a great starting point for explorations. Although it was a little noisy in the evening it was not so bad that we could not have slept - i did not use the ear-plugs that i brought along after reading other reviews. We had great fun with the fantastic elevator and the breakfast was great, although as we seemed to be charged for it on the first day - we went ourt exploring for other breakfasts for a couple of days - only to realise on checkout that it was included after all... We should have asked!

Gorgeous lobby and reception, and a very cool bar. The bedroom was minimalist and chic, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is handy, but very, very noisy, and if you're a light sleeper, you'll have a sleepless night.

The rooms are clean and neat, nicely and newly decorated, but they are quite small and the beds are a liitle too high. The breakfast is good, the restaurant/bar is very trendy and crowded at nights.
