| Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Had booked a single room - got a room with a double bed not sure if this was a double room or a large single. If room was for a couple it would be every compact once the luggage etc was in. Room was in the "new wing" so very clean and everything seemed to be new and worked. Safe in room was good. Had to queue for breakfast in the morning as there was a bus tour in . breakfast was self service. seemded to be impossible to get waiter to delvier toast but maybe this was because it was so busy. Noise level from the street was fairly loud despite keeping the window closed 0 think there must be a pub or club nearby because there was a lot of shouting from 3am to 4am - if booking again I would look for a room either on another side or on a higher floor ( I was on the 1st floor). overall happy with hotel and would book here again. |
