In a general sense the hotel was really nice, great facilities, lovely rooms and professional, caring staff. However, two areas slightly spoiled our stay. Rough sleepers, down and outs and alcoholics congregated below our room, 139, in the street at night, not a pretty sight and very noisy. Monday breakfast - oredered an omellette at 08.25, assured it was on the way several times but finally at 09.00 I was informed that there was a problem in the kitchen - no omellette!! Poorly handled by restaurant staff.

Good business hotel with excellent accomodation, cleanliness, facilities (free wi-fi/internet). Very helpful staff. Not a hotel with character but fine as a place to stay overnight. Recommended.
