Rooms were clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Just a view minutes walking from bars and restaurants.

The rooms are OK. This time it was quiet in the hotel. Last time too much noise, but still I like the hotel. I prefer the hotel because of the location. It´s very close to the Metro and to the tram. The staff is nice. Food is OK, but the coffee could have been better.

Very convenient, good big room. I had the top floo rwith a big window overlooking the city. For 50 Euro this was a bargain.

Not a very nice experience. The hotel room stinked from smoking, the walls were not thick enough and thy breakfast was not much. I would not rcommend this hotel, I am sorry.

Stayed in Hotel Thomas for 4 nights May 2007 with my mother. And we vere rather pleased with our choise, taken teh price in consideration. It is a rather basic this hotel, no luxury, but the room was big (even with a small balcony) and clean. However it seemed they never vacuumed our room during our stay, but at least we got clean towles everyday. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. Very basic. Also the beds were not the most comfortable. The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful and from my experience they all spoke english, which it seems not so many do in Budapest (not German either..) Allover I would say Hotel Thomas is a good choice for the budget traveller.
