Excellent service. Good room with stunning view over the Danube. The Peppers restaurant was good also. Just watch out for the taxis in the rank, they double over-charge.

My son and I stayed 3 nights in November 2009.The room was ready when we arrived 3 hours before check-in.Apart from 1 of the 3 elevators being out of action for over 24 hours we have nothing but good things to say about the standard of service and amenities offered. It has a great bar adjacent to the groundfloor restaurant which in turn provides lovely views of "Pest" on the other side of the Danube.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Its position is one of the best in Budapest. Close to everything (sights, center, shops, transportation) and with spectacular view of the Danube river. The room was spacious, clean, with a big flat TV, king size bed with comfort linen. The curtains were thick enough to prohibit the sunlight to enter the room in the morning. The service was great and the personnel very polite and helpful. I asked for early check in and late check out and they provided both with no charge! A thing that I appreciated a lot!! A best choice hotel to book!
