Very friendly and helpful staf. Good service.The location was good. Rooms were big and clean. There was a little kitchen in every room which was excellent, but only ONE cup for coffee or tea!

Hotel was clean, and in a great central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and servers were friendly and attentive. The room itself was big, the living room area was a nice place to sit and relax outside of the bedroom.

The room/suite was excellent, comprising a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. The rooms were a bit gloomy, with no outlook but this was not a major problem as we were only in them at night. Breakfast was ok;location excellent, with the river and town centre a short walk away and a metro station close at hand. The reception staff were very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The only slight failing was a poor bar which seemed to be unable to produce beer but as there is a good bar opposite the hotel, this was a minor inconvenience. we would definitely stay in this hotel again.
