Ignorant staff. Tiny rooms. Poor breakfast(cold, untaste, only pork meat = for someone who doesn't eat pork there is a very limited choice). Dirty carpets in the room. Sheets and towels are old, dirty, sometimes with holes! If you wanted to use the "fitness room" or "sauna" you had to pay 5 euros extra. There are much better choices out there in Budapest.

Good location, metro station just out of the doorstep, friendly and very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, very good value for money, definitely a good option for budget travellers.
