First night was horribly for one of us because of the bed. It was not a bed. We conplained and got a very nice room instead. One breakfast was the coffemaker out of order so we had to ask for coffee and the girl who worked was not very nice. The reception was very nice and helpful. It was close to the trams.

This hotel is great economicly, but if you really like your luxuries, i doubt it would be for you. I didn't have any problems with it myself, as i am not easliy bothered, but the guys that were staying with me complianed of noise of the tram that passes by the front of the building every 15 mins or so.

Average hotel rooms were ok, breakfast needs improving ie coffee was cold and the choice was very poor. Would not recommend to others & would
not stay there again.

The service at the hotel was very good. Breakfast was simple, but good.
