We had a twin room and arrived on December 26th. Afraid that it would be very difficult to find somewhere to eat late that evening, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurant. In particular, we found the staff extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. Immediately outside the hotel entrance was a metro station. This gave swift access to all areas of Budapest. The hotel was also within walking distance of Heroes' Square, Andrassy St. and thermal baths.

The hotel is right beside a metro stop, which makes it very convenient. We felt safer because we didn't have to walk anywhere during the dark October evenings. The breakfast was excellent, offering a lot of choices and was good value. It was clean and the service was friendly.
