In celebration of the hotel's 10th anniversary, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has completed the redesign of all guest rooms. Accommodation is provided in 549 elegantly furnished rooms. The new rooms feature state-of-the-art technologies, including an interactive television, which has video-on-demand services and Internet capabilities with e-mail, business and financial news, entertainment and games, all accessible via a cordless keyboard. In addition all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, mini-bar, alarm clock, hair dryer and private en-suite bathrooms

The hotel's eight restaurants and bars provide guests with a diverse range of dining and entertainment options, in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The restaurants offer an excellent selection of gourmet cuisine created by some of Asia's most innovative chefs. The poolside restaurant, The Grill is open daily for lunch and dinner and is the perfect place to enjoy a taste of International dishes

The hotel also hosts exceptional recreational facilities, which include an outdoor heated swimming pool open year round. In addition, the hotel features a fully equipped fitness center, as well as squash courts

The hotel offers a total of 25 fully equipped meeting rooms, including the Hyatt's Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 950 people.
