The hotel is at an excellent location (10 min walking distance to old town)if you want to stay in town and walk around, do some touristic stuff and go out at night. It is also right on the beach, which I think is a big advantage for a hotel in the town. The rooms are clean and spacious for a couple, but might be a little tight if you are traveling with a baby/youngster. The breakfast is nice with good variety, but I think it ends a little early(10AM) for a Mediterranean town.

As always the hotel is first class in attitude to guests. Location for access into Rhodes Old Town is perfect and the view from the rooms is tremendous. Cost is of great value.
