| We loved this hotel. The customer service at the hotel was remarkable, breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The view from the hotel was spectacular - would visit Naxos again and stay at this hotel. |

| Naxos Island was a fascinating find and Hotel Grotta on the outskirts (walking distance) of Naxos (Chora) was the perfect place to rest our weary bodies after a long day of exploring. The family is very kind and the hotel is filled with a special light. Breakfast is bountiful, the rooms are spotless and quiet - our linen was changed every day - the little patios are wonderful. I am happy to know they are open in Winter. A perfect place for a writer. The fruit was so fresh! |

| One of the best hotels we stayed in in all of the Greek islands and the price was certainly one of the best in comparison to what we got for same price elsewhere. From the owners to our bedroom, to the amazingly generous breakfast, the one downfall was that we could not stay longer. |

| The hotel is located right near the port so it was perfect for a night when you are getting on a ferry the next day. It was safe, cheap and clean, but definitely no-frills. Don't expect it to be anything more than a simple room. No blankets though. Only sheets. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. |

| Excellent breakfasts, attentive family management, warm welcome and unfailing helpfulness with transfers to and from quay, room delightful. 5 minute walk up from town. Stunning views from breakfast room. Some rooms face into pleasant courtyard so have no view. |
