Seagulls Bay Village Hotel, Kos

Apartments Seagull's Bay Village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each loft has the capacity of accommodating 4 to 6 persons and is uniquely decorated. Each apartment has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Facilities include air conditioning, access to the internet, bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and a desk bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and electrical socket, living room with a comfortable convertible double sofa and a television set, complete kitchen with refrigerator and stovetop, dining room, balcony with table and chairs. Each maisonette has the ability to accommodate 2-5 persons, in two main bedrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor of each building, with separate bathrooms with bath-tub ,hairdryer and sea view. Open plan living room with convertible sofa bed,kitchenette with electric cooking rings and fridge, remote control air-conditioning, satellite t/v, access to the internet. Stone terrace with table and chairs. Balcony with table and chairs.

The hotel features a restaurant, a bar, a tea bar and a snack bar. The restaurant has a capacity of 100 persons. It is enclosed by large glass panes that allow guests to have a view of the sea from each and every table. In the swimming pool area one can enjoy the beneficial attributes of hydro-massage or a coffee or drink in the courtyard which is equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas. The kitchen is fully equipped and can satisfy every demand of the village while at all times adhering to the strictest hygienic standards. The kitchen layout is such as to allow the arrangement of seminars on traditional local and Greek cooking as well as the preparation of homemade marmalades, spoon sweets and cheese.

Apartments Seagull's Bay Village features a ranch which is in itself an additional special note to the settlement and is open to visits. It includes a vineyard, domestic animals, fruit-bearing trees and a vegetable garden, all adhering to biological specifications. All the produce is of course delivered and used in the hotels kitchen. The village covers an area of 20.000 square meters and is comprised of three neighborhoods (the Upper, Lower and Central neighborhood) that include the hospitality hall, the reception area, the boutique, the library, the day care center, the massage and aromatotheraphy facility and the swimming pool. The swimming pool covers an area of 200 square meters and includes the main pool and the children's pool. All facilities are ultramodern, adhering to all the specifications of safety and hygiene. The decoration is based on a simple, traditional, island theme.
