| Nice rooms, very clean and well serviced. No balcony in any room other than suites and no view. Breakfast room lovely with good choice and great garden view, spoiled only by the fact that the view was of running water, which only served to empasise our main gripe - no pool. Despite the claim on the website that there was a heated pool, there was in fact no pool until the summer months, (we stayed in april.)Very disappointing for the children and no apology, explanation or alternative offered. Also, ludicrously expensive room service and mini bar (7 euros for a bottle of orange and 25 for grilled chicken). Excellent shuttle service, although it doesn't wait to leave Athens, so be early! Staff not particularly helpful - lovely houseskeeping staff and good door staff, but quite rude middle aged men working on reception! |

| Good rooms, very clean and well serviced, but no balcony in any rooms other than suites, and no view. Lovely breakfast room, with good choice and great view - unfortunately of a garden with running water, which only served to emphasise our main gripe - no pool! Despite the hotel website's claim to offer a heated pool, there was in fact no pool whatsoever until the summner months (we travelled in April). The children were bitterly disappointed. There was also no explanation, no apology and no alternative offered or suggested, despite my requests about public facilities. The shuttle service was excellent, although it does not wait at all in Athens for the return trip, so be early! The housekeeping staff were wonderful, the doorstaff helpful, but the reception appeared to be staffed largely by rude middle aged men who were only interested in totting up the room bill. Of this beware - the prices are disgustingly high Eg: 7 euros for a small bottle of orange and 25 euros for grilled chicken. Given the location and facilities (if they had been available), it could have been a completely positive experience. However, it ultimatley felt as though the hotel was geared up to exploit as opposed to assist its customers. |

| The room was nice, the service was ok, the quality of the food was satisfactory but the restaurant area needed cleaning ( dirty windows and glass surfaces in all over the restaurant area). The location was good. |
