Rooms where clean, bathrooms clean. With respect to price, everything is excellent. Except that, the tv is small, and did not have any adult channel.

Good the reception: kind and helpful. Ok the location, quite near the metro station.
I was worried because of previous comments i read about breakfast, on the contrary i found it satisfing.
