We had a pleasant time there. Rooms and staff are OK. According to Western standards, the hotel is more a 3* than a 4*, however

The hotel room was clean, but definitely not worthy of a 4 star rating. Some of the staff at the reception could have been a lot more politer to customers. Breakfast was fairly limited in terms of variery but nonetheless of a high quality. Location was OK (7-10 minutes from the metro).
