Economy Hotel is friendly familiy hotel, conveniently located for the ancient centre of historic Athens, with its main attractions within walking distance. Situated next to the Old Town Hall, many interesting sights are at your fingertips. You can walk to the Plaka area, the oldest section of Athens where you will find cafes and bars and many shops. The hotel,situated within walking distance of everything, was very clean, including the lifts,beds were comfortable and linen clean. The bathroom small and the shower tiny with a shower curtain which meant water spilled out.A small inconvenience.Staff extremely patient and went out of their way to help.

Location is absolutely spot on for all of the main tourist spots. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very basic but more than sufficient for our purposes.

Very helpful and kindly staff. The rooms are clean, a little small. The breakfast is good and enough. I would recommend this hotel for this price. It's very near to the metro and a few minutes walk to the plaka.
