The room we were shown into on the night we arrived had a bit of a stale smell making the night uncomfortable. When we informed reception the staff went to some lengths to re-accommodate us, and from then on we were very satisfied. The room was fresh, clean and well serviced while the staff were always friendly and helpful. An unexpected bonus was the packed lunch that the hotel provided for those leaving very early to watch or participate in the Triathlon.

Hotel was easy to use, ok location relative to city and airport, excellent breakfast. Rooms aren't too stylish but have everything you need and are quite big so plenty of room. Staff were very good and helped with some of the issues related to my trip (provided breakfast boxes for very early starts). Only - points were air con wasn't brilliant and car park was busy when FC Nuremberg have a game. I'd stay here again if I need to visit the Nuremberg area in the future.
