Good location, 500 mt. from S-Bahn, that in few minutes takes to Marienplatz and city center. Rooms are not so bad, very bare but clean. Unfortunately, even if we asked for a non-smoking room, when we arrived the room smellt of cigarette and in the following days the smell was always there... Heating didn't work in the bathroom. However staff was very friendly and breakfast was rich and tasteful.

All in all it was okay. The breakfast was really good. The only thing I have to claim was our window. We couldn't close it completely and so there was noise from the street. Someone tried to repair it but it didn't work. The rooms are very small but clean and they do. The bathroom is okay, only the shower curtain is a bit digusting. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Fees for parking were 10€/day.

Hotel was located very centrally, only some steps to the central station and the shopping areas in the city. Nice clean room and good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
